Bluehill ID AG has completed the acquisition of all of the assets of Canadian animal ID and tracking company Syscan International. Bluehill ID thus enters the animal ID market and expands its North America presence. Syscan ID Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bluehill ID based Montréal, Canada completed the acquisition.
